Here at Abooking we have made it easy to register your holiday home. We help and guide you through the whole registration process, and many questions can be answered with a simple yes or no. When all questions have been answered, you upload your photographs, submit your prices for this year and next year’s season, and activate the rental property with a single keystroke.

One important thing to think about is your description of the holiday home/apartment. Describe the location of the property and the nearby activities and include reasons why the hirer should decide to choose YOUR rental property. A good description of the area in which the holiday home/apartment is located and suggestions for activities will also make your advertisement easier to find. We recommend you mention the nearest airport and other public means of communication.

Abooking has translations of text and travelling instructions checked for quality by professional translation agencies. Translations are easily ordered at the time you register the holiday home.

Once the holiday home has been registered it can be booked by hirers from every part of the world at any time of the day or night, so it is particularly important for Abooking that you reserve the weeks you wish to use and/or hire out privately. To make this easy for you, we have created a booking calendar on which you can enter your own comments and texts for the periods you wish to reserve for yourself. This means you get the full use of Abooking as an administrative tool.

If the customer does not pay on time (after reminders), the booking is automatically cancelled and the holiday home is put out to hire again.

After logging on to the site, you can click on My page for a list of the rental properties you have registered, with menus in each case for changes and owner reservations.
