Registration is free, and you administer your holiday home yourself. In other words, you can alter the text, images and prices and reserve or release weeks as you wish. You can check and monitor bookings on your home online 24 hours a day. With Abooking you can let out your property to the extent you wish, whether for one week or the whole year. You are also free to reserve for your own use and private guests.

Once you have registered your holiday home, it can be booked over the Internet by customers from all over the world, at any time of the day or night. Everything is done electronically, and you are automatically sent an e-mail when a customer books your holiday home. Here you can get a full view of the hire charge, the name of the hirer and the number of persons. Hirers are sent a confirmation in their own language.

Abooking’s rules require the hirer to pay a 20% deposit within five days. The sum is paid directly to your account. The remainder is paid 45 days before the start of hire, or on arrival – you decide. Abooking uses electronic monitoring to check the payment of the deposit directly to your account. If the hirer cancels later than 45 days before arrival, any outstanding rental must be paid directly to your account.

Abooking’s website is currently translated into Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German and English. We continuously monitor whether to expand this to French, Portuguese, Italian and Croatian. To allow you to present your holiday home in the languages of your choice, Abooking has a contract with a professional translation agency which will translate the text for you with payment by you directly to the agency. Abooking has negotiated a favourable price.
