Large holiday home in Sørlandet V Risør

Large holiday home for up to 14 people, located on the mainland within Lyngør. The house is adapted and equipped for the optimal holiday experience for many people (e.g. 3-4 families with children can share as there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms / WC, plus guest WC in the house). All bathrooms plus all living areas on the main floor have underfloor heating.  Living room with fireplace, TV, video DVD and CD player, good leather furniture and direct access to about 70 sqm sunny terrace, located right to open areas and with sunken outdoor jacuzzi, (new 2022) secluded and without access and with associated shower bath w / WC. Try the holiday home's large sauna before the jacuzzi!. In the jacuzzi, adults can enjoy the tranquility of a refreshment in 38-degree water in the evening sun or with a look at the starry sky, while the young people enjoy themselves in the loft room. From here there is access to a balcony with views to the sea and fjord. In the dining room there is a dining table with 14 chairs and with direct access to a spacious open and well-equipped kitchen with serving bench and all amenities. From the dining room there is access to the terrace. There is a large cold room with plenty of space for food and drink for several families, as well as a fridge in the kitchen and a large freezer for ice cream and self-caught fish!.

To the area belongs idyllic and child-friendly sandy beach with pier facilities next door. You have your own berth marked "Belongs to Plot 6" with the house. By the beach and on its own grassy plain in the area there is the opportunity for football, badminton, beach volleyball and other play and games for the children. There are paths and roads out from the area with varied opportunities for walks in untouched forests and fields.

Golf enthusiasts will feel at home at Nes Verk's 18-hole golf course (Arendal Golf Club) about 35 minutes drive from the house. The picturesque southern villages Risør in the east and Tvedestrand in the west are both about 20 km from the house and are well worth a visit during your stay.

Lyngør is a sport fishing eldorado with sea trout, large quantities of mackerel in the season July-September and with good stocks of cod and other fish species all year round. You can fish from your own boat or from land out to sea.

The attraction Lyngør won the award as "Europe's best preserved village" during the European Year of Architectural Preservation 1991. The outport is located on 4 islands with waterways between and beautiful, white-painted skipper houses down to the sea as a "Mini-Venice". The settlement dates from the 1700-1800s when Lyngør was the home port for a large part of Norway's sailing ship fleet. Today it is a holiday paradise with restaurants with outdoor seating on the beach during the summer season. Lyngør is a "must" during your stay and is reached by your own boat,
