On the sea shore

Fortuna is situated on the waterfront… at Öresund

between the towns of Helsingborg and Landskrona, overlooking Denmark and the isle of Ven. We have a fully modernized apartment in a separate house to let weekly with a 30 m walk down to the public sandy beach.

The flat is 100 m2 with 4 rooms and kitchen equipped with stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen equipment and crockery for 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Then, there is one more double bed available as a sofa bed and two extra beds. Also, there is one toilet combined laundry with a washing machine and a tumble-drier and one bathroom. In addition, there is a large balcony with a magnificent view of the most narrow part of the strait with the Kronborg Castle (of Hamlet). On the balcony there is also a barbecue. If needed, there is a television set with a VHS video. 

This is the location with something to do for everyone. There is the waterfront for beach-life, there is walking distance to the closest golf-course Rya with several more in the vicinity. There are good opportunities for angling, free of charge, as well as enjoying fishing from a boat in the Sound. When you plan for an outing, there is no lack of places to choose to go to. 

The small supermarket most nearby is Hemköp in Rydebäck centre, approx 1 km. To go shopping, Helsingborg city centre is to recommend and with easy access by train, bus or car, 15 min. At some further distance lies Väla Centrum, a real indoor shopping center, to enjoy.
